As you can imagine, it takes a great deal of thought andconsideration when choosing a new partner in any business. It is exceptionallyhard when your retiring partner is a real estate force to be reckoned with!Anyone who has worked with us knows that no one can replace Betty Mullinnix. However, we have found someone with the same class and caring, similar values,work ethic, expertise and determination; which is why we are so excited tointroduce our new Partner, Wendy Ross!
Wendy's diverse background makes her uniquely qualifiedto address the needs of all the buyers and sellers she works with. From foreignbuyers, to snowbirds, to longtime residents, she can relate to the special circumstances of the transaction. Born in London,England, Wendy's parents were transferred all over the world and the United States; from South America, Puerto Rico, Boston, Cleveland, St. Louis and Atlanta. She moved with her family to Sarasota in 1970.
In 1976, Wendy went to work at ABC 7 doing the weather for the Monday through Friday newscasts at 6 and 11 PM. While at ABC 7, she worked with Dr. Robert Windom to produce and host Medical Viewpoint. She then went on to Tampa,where she worked for both Channel 8 and Channel 44 doing the weather and co-anchoring shows for both stations. Wendy also produced and hosted a community affairs program during her 15 years at Channel 44. In 1997, she went back to ABC 7 to do the weekend weather. At the same time, she obtained her Florida Real Estate license, and began working with her mother, Ann Ross, in the industry.
Wendy is a Hall of Fame and a Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient as well as being a Certified Master Negotiator, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, and an Accredited Buyer Representative.
Our team has always held ourselves to high standards in terms of market knowledge, customer service and integrity, as well as sales results.
